Living With Confidence: A Girl’s Guide to Self-Esteem: This group is designed to help increase your daughter’s self-esteem by: Building & maintaining healthy self-esteem, Learning about positive vs. toxic relationships, Recognizing positive self-qualities, How to change negative beliefs about yourself and Managing peer pressure and more. The group will use a variety of therapeutic techniques including psycho-education, expressive arts and talk therapy. If your daughter may need a self-esteem boost, this group is for them!

6 group sessions. Each session is 90 min.

Ages: Girls - ages 12-14
Dates: Tuesdays - 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, & 3/1/16
Time: 4:00-5:30pm.
